RANIERI JOINS COLDWELL BANKER KASEY AS BROKER IN CHARGE FOR NEW WEAVERVILLE OFFICE

WEAVERVILLE, NC - (DECEMBER 2007) Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates is pleased to announce that Michelle Ranieri has joined the company as the broker in charge for their new Weaverville real estate office. The new office is located at 1 Monticello Village Drive in Weaverville and is scheduled to open in January 2008. Michelle started her career in the Northeast as a Sales Executive for the Bergen Record Newspaper. She then turned to Software Sales and started a family consulting business specializing in creating custom modules and solutions for Direct Mail Marketers. As that business grew, Michelle obtained her Real Estate license and discovered that her talents and interests were rooted in the Real Estate Industry. She began a full time career in the field specializing in airstrip and waterfront properties in South Florida and quickly became a top producer for Prudential Florida WCI Realty. Michelle and her family relocated to Asheville in 2003. She has been very active in the Asheville area real estate market both as a broker and consultant.
