Announces Dedication of Habitat for Humanity Home on July 9th, 2006

CANTON, NC - (June 28, 2006) Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates and Haywood Habitat for Humanity are pleased to announce their Home Dedication Ceremony, which is taking place on Sunday, July 9 at 2:00pm at the home site on Spring street in Canton. With the guidance of the Habitat for Humanity staff, volunteers from Coldwell Banker came together to construct the three-bedroom home from the ground up in Haywood County. Coldwell Baker Kasey & Associates has already raised almost $25,000, the total cost to build the home, and hopes to exceed that goal in the near future. Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates agreed to sponsor the Canton home for Haywood Habitat for Humanity as part of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation "100 Homes by Our 100th Anniversary" campaign. Coldwell Banker celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2006. When Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates reaches its financial pledge, it will become a part of the prestigious Centennial Society including other Coldwell Banker affiliates who are participating in the "100 Homes by Our 100th Anniversary" campaign.
