COLDWELL BANKER KASEY
BUILDING TWO NEW OFFICES

(ASHEVILLE, JUNE 26, 2007) Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates is building a new 5,200-square-foot real estate office at 1 Monticello Drive in Weaverville. The new office building will be in The Village at Monticello, a new mixed use development featuring both commercial and residential space that will be marketed exclusively by Coldwell Banker Kasey. The developer of the project is Walker Contracting Group. The architect is R. L. Stanley. The furniture and design of the new office will be by Office Environments. The building was designed with an arts-and-crafts style, as will the entire village. The expected completion date for the building is August 2007.

Coldwell Banker Kasey is also building a new 8,500-square-foot corporate office located at 1 Maude Avenue in South Asheville. The expected completion date for the building is August 2007. The corporate office is being built by Kasey Homes and will provide office space for Coldwell Banker Kasey's corporate office staff. The project manager is Lew Phillips. The two new offices will give the company a total of nine offices in Western North Carolina.
