Waynesville Office Expansion Project

The office of Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates on Russ Avenue in Waynesville will soon have a lot more space!

The expansion project, which began earlier this month, involves the construction of a two-story addition with two towers and stone details to the front of the current building, said Dario Diaz, project coordinator with Kasey Development and Construction.

Excitement in Waynesville has grown so much that the local paper, The Mountaineer, even ran the story on the front page of the Business section on March 17th.

Dario said the project will expand the size of the building by about 5,000 square feet. The project also includes an expansion of its parking lot. He expects the project to take at least six months to complete.

"We're thrilled to have the additional working space, offices and conference rooms! In addition, we're even more excited about the stronger curb appeal that the expansion will provide. This will be just another tool that will help us continue to be the dominate real estate company in Haywood County," said Hank Thompson, an agent in the Waynesville office.
